MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEE FOR 1^ST YEAR ADMISSION 2019-20

1. You are advised to deposit fee within the time specified for admission confirmation. Failure to deposit the dues may result in cancellation of admission offer.
2. Fee to be paid preferably through demand draft / pay order in favor of “FMH College of Medicine and Dentistry”.
3. Payment through cheque will not be accepted.
4. Fee may also be deposited in ‘The Bank of Punjab’ branch in our college premises or online in below mentioned account:

Note : In case of online transfer clearly mention the name of student on deposit slip. Give deposit slip at FMHC M&D finance department or send through email the scanned copy at admission@fmhcmd.edu.pk and fakhar.riaz@fmhcmd.edu.pk
