ADMISSION GUIDELINES

Dear Candidate,

Thank you very much for choosing FMH College of Medicine and Dentistry as your potential institution of choice. 

  1.   FMHCMD will send the SMS and email to the candidates according to the merit, through the phone numbers and emails, given by each candidate on the PMC admission portal.
  2. The candidates should follow the instructions given on the official website www.fmhcmd.edu.pk
  3.  Only candidates, receiving SMS & email from FMHCMD, will be required to fill up the prescribed form on the website after logging into the admission tab.  The submission of online admission forms of the college is mandatory for all the shortlisted candidates to be considered for admission.
  4.  Everyone will be informed through the website once the admissions are completed.
  • All the emails and SMS will be kept in the college record.
  • The bank details are available on the website for online payments. [Click here to view Mode of Payment]
  • Those who will fill the form will pay for the prospectus amounting to Rs. 3000 which is refundable in case of unsuccessful candidates.
  •  The payment receipt with the name & merit number of the candidate must be shared with the finance department on muhammad.ramzan@fmhcmd.edu.pk and fakhar.riaz@fmhcmd.edu.pk
  • The instructions to fill up the form are available once you open.
